To provide peace of mind and to reduce the inconvenience of returns and exchanges, NETGEAR offers a 30-Day Price Protection Guarantee on purchases made through our official website.

How It Works

  • After purchasing an eligible product from our website, if you find the same product advertised at a lower price on NETGEAR.com within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference.
  • Simply open a support case, provide your order details and proof of the lower price, and NETGEAR will review and process your refund back to your original payment method. Open your support case now.


Eligibility Requirements

  • For purposes of comparing prices, the “price”:

    • Is the total advertised price of the item including shipping costs,
    • Shall not include discounts from loyalty or membership program,
    • Shall not include shipping discounts and
    • Shall not include sales taxes.


  • The lower-priced item must be:

    • The identical product (same model, color, size, and specifications).
    • Sold on NETGEAR.com
    • Immediately available for purchase (in stock) at the time of verification.

Exclusions

Our Price Protection Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, pre-owned, damaged, or open-box items.
  • Holiday sales events, including, but not limited to Black Friday and Cyber Week.
  • Prices from any resellers such as Amazon, Best Buy, Newegg, Walmart, etc.
  • Pricing errors, misprints, coupons, rebates, or bundled offers.
  • Flash sales, daily deals, membership-only discounts, or loyalty/reward program pricing.
  • International product listings
  • Pre-purchase sales
  • Add-on services such as NETGEAR Armor or extended warranties
  • Prices that NETGEAR cannot reasonably verify.


How to Submit a Claim

  1. Contact us through a support case.
  2. Provide:

    • Your order number.
    • A link or screenshot showing the lower price.

NETGEAR may determine if a customer qualifies for price protection under this policy in its sole discretion and reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Protection Guarantee at any time and without notice. Additionally, only one price match on one item will be issued per customer.
