“Imperfect Box” refers to products that are brand new and fully functional, but have damage to the outer packaging. The product inside is in pristine condition. Only the box may have cosmetic imperfections such as dents, scratches, or tears.
Do I get product warranty?
Yes. All Imperfect Box products are covered by the standard manufacturer warranty, just like new, full-price items.
Is the product damaged?
No. These products are not damaged or used. Both the product and packaging have undergone thorough testing to ensure the item remains fully intact and functional. Any imperfections are limited to the outer packaging only.
Can I return or exchange a “dings & dents” item?
Imperfect Box items are eligible for return in accordance with our standard return policy. Please refer to our return policy page for full details. Due to the limited supply of Imperfect Box items, we cannot offer exchanges.
